Taifeng TF-905waterborne polyurethane is the new type polyurethane system where the dispersion medium is replaced with water by the organic solvent, the waterborne polyurethane uses the water as the solvent,and it has such  advantages as odorless,pollution-free,easy wash, fire protection and explosive-proof,high safety and superior mechanical performance,the waterborne polyurethane has the super cohesion to the base material,and the solidified coating film has the superior anti-erision and chemical ,the coating film features small shrinkage,high rigidity,abrasive resistance and electric insulation ,and excellent physical and chemical resistant performance ,Meanwhile,it over come the weak point of non-breathing for the oil type floor coating,and provides the durable longevity  and protection function,with the waterborne dispersion medium,it can feature such advantage as energy efficiency ,pollution-free and conformity with the environmental requirement,as compared with the waterborne epoxy resin floor  coating ,waterborne polyurethane has the higher strength,flexibility and cohesion,making it increasingly important among the floor coating products lines,the experts recommend that the waterborne polyurethane has the broad application scope in today's environmental protection era.so far,it's widely applied in a large number of industrial workshops,machine room.warehouse,underground garage,laboratory room,ward,operation room and workshop.etc.

施工工藝：

1、基面整理：選擇地面瓷磚工地前提最好粉磨或噴砂整理，使之可達光滑規定要求

2、底涂：基于預期環境所采用界面顯示劑使用敞開式內搭。

3、立即：要根據開發的標準明確動用大力石英石粉或滑石粉膩子批刮、氯化橡膠漆混凝土、光敏樹脂混凝土饅涂自流灌溉  
     平。

4、罩面面涂：用調試好的水性丙烯酸丙烯酸地坪建筑涂料面涂實現罩面。

5、地(di)坪護養:24小(xiao)的(de)時候(hou)(hou)科管辭職(zhi)，72小(xiao)的(de)時候(hou)(hou)科管撞擊。（降到高溫現(xian)狀下須(xu)要延后護養時光）。
